“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”― Edmund Burke (in a letter addressed to Thomas Mercer), openculture.com/2016/03/edmund-burkeon-in-action.html
In this case, the good man doing something is Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and the evil is censorship by Twitter. A David vs. Goliath scenario.

California Court Dismisses Twitter vs. Texas Lawsuit
Share This:
A district court in California today dismissed Twitter’s lawsuit against Attorney General Ken Paxton, in which the social media giant attempted to halt Attorney General Paxton’s investigation into Twitter’s potential violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Instead of providing documents requested in the Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs) issued in January, Twitter decided to file a lawsuit to stop the investigation entirely.
“Twitter’s lawsuit was little more than an attempt to avoid answering my questions about their large-scale censorship and content-moderation policies,” said Attorney General Paxton. “The public deserves the truth about Twitter’s seemingly biased practices. I will continue to fight for transparency in order to ensure a truly free online community. Any companies that violate Texas law by misleading consumers will be held accountable.”" ~ texasattorneygeneral.gov/news/releases/california-court-dismisses-twitter-vs-texas-lawsuit

Those court documents are right here: texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/images/admin/2021/Press/TwittervTexas%20Dismiss.pdf
Lines 1 - 4 of page 2, "Twitter further alleges that, "in the months surrounding the January 6, 2021[,] attack on the United States Capitol, Twitter decided to suspend or restrict numerous accounts for violating its policies against glorifying or inciting violence, and against manipulating or interfering in elections or other civic processes..."
and the Court's decision:
Lines 6 and 7 of page 5, "The Court, as set forth below, finds Twitter's argument unpersuasive."

Here is my own summation, it's easy to believe a particular story when people with only certain viewpoints have a giant social media platform on which to promulgate a narrative.
The question is, WHAT are the other viewpoints and WHY are they silenced?
Sunlight is the best disinfectant. (Isn't that why Twitter allows certain users to continue to disseminate rhetoric promoting violent actions against political opponents? Right?)
...
Want to focus on three things that are good? (1) Sunlight. (2) Freedom to speak one's mind. (3) The unencumbered opportunity for common people to make up their own minds... in light of ALL available facts.

Something more to ponder, when the Davids win their battles against their respective Goliaths, the particular struggles of good vs evil are not necessarily over.
"When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle."–Edmund Burke, Thoughts on the Cause of the Present Discontents 82-83 (1770) in: Select Works of Edmund Burke, vol. 1, p. 146 (Liberty Fund ed. 1999), openculture.com/2016/03/edmund-burkeon-in-action.html

Ended a debate between Senators Daniel Webster of Massachusetts and Robert Hayne of South Carolina.
Daniel Webster won the day, but with hindsight, modern citizens may side with Hayne.
Hayne re-enforced the idea of a confederation while Webster defended the idea of a federation.
In a confederacy the people may overcome tyrants quicker than in a federation, for in THAT condition, do the words of the Unites States constitution have TEETH. #AntiFederalistPaper9 http://resources.utulsa.edu/law/classes/rice/Constitutional/AntiFederalist/09.htm "We [the Aristocratic party of the United States,] do not much like that sturdy privilege of the people -- the right to demand the writ of habeas corpus. We have therefore reserved the power of refusing it in cases of rebellion, and you know we are the judges of what is rebellion...."
